Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Tiles Ex Doc ("Service"), provided by Tiles Ex Doc Private Limited ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these B2B Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Tiles Ex Doc provides a SaaS platform for export document generation and business management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. Account access is restricted to authorized employees of your registered entity.

You retain full ownership of all business data uploaded to Tiles Ex Doc. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the data entered. Tiles Ex Doc generates documents (PI, Packing List, VGM, etc.) based strictly on your inputs.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

Under no circumstances shall Tiles Ex Doc Private Limited be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by:

• Customs Rejections: Rejection of export shipments by customs authorities due to inaccurate data entered into the system.
• Financial Losses: Demurrage charges, shipping delays, or loss of profits resulting from software downtime or user error.
• Document Errors: Discrepancies in generated export documents, BLs, or invoices. Users must review all generated documents before official submission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms. In any event, the total liability of the Company shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Tiles Ex Doc retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, including its design, code, and workflows. Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Morbi, Gujarat.
